TC Tech Infra provides independent remote hands and on-site field engineers for international companies — and companies from other Brazilian states — with equipment in the major colocation campuses of Greater São Paulo and the Campinas corridor: Equinix, Scala Data Centers, Ascenty, Elea, ODATA, Cirion and Takoda. We are the certified pair of hands inside your cage: dispatched by full or half day, working to your MOP, and closing every visit with documented results.
Brazil's carrier-neutral and hyperscale colocation is concentrated in two clusters: Greater São Paulo — the Tamboré and Alphaville business district in Barueri, Santana de Parnaíba, Osasco, Cotia, the ABC and the capital itself — and the Campinas corridor of Hortolândia, Sumaré, Vinhedo, Paulínia and Jundiaí. Operator names, site codes and addresses are as publicly listed by the operators and in PeeringDB. TC Tech Infra is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any operator listed. We work on behalf of colocation customers, under the access authorization those customers grant us through each operator. Other facilities in São Paulo state are covered on request.
Operator remote-hands services are built for short, ticket-based tasks inside the operator's own scope. Project work is different: a day of rack and stack, a cabling build-out, a staged migration, a hardware refresh, or an audit against your inventory. That work needs an engineer who stays for the job, follows your method of procedure and reports in your format.
TC Tech Infra fills that role for companies with no staff in Brazil, or whose engineers would otherwise fly in from abroad or from another state — at the cost of travel, lodging and lost days. Engineers are Dell-certified and work across the Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco and NVIDIA Networking platforms typically found in colocation cages.
1. Access — you add our technicians to your access list in the operator's customer portal; we arrive with the identification the facility requires.
2. Shipments — inbound equipment is received through the facility's shipping and receiving process and checked against your manifest before the visit.
3. Execution — work follows your MOP, with your engineer on a bridge call when you want live direction.
4. Close-out — a Work Completion Report with port maps, serials and test results. Photographs are taken only where the facility's rules and your authorization allow.
Data center execution across Brazil is backed by Dell Technologies Corrective Maintenance certification spanning PowerEdge rack, tower and modular, PowerStore, PowerScale, Unity XT, Data Domain, Avamar, VPLEX and Connectrix — the platforms on the racks we build. Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900 and SC-900 support cloud-adjacent scope. Active operational delivery includes programs for Tier-1 global IT service providers and large international consultancies, all under NDA and SOW. TC Tech Infra operates a Brazilian CNPJ under the service-export framework with SWIFT/BIC-capable corporate banking.
A program-level NDA is signed before any site list, topology or design data is shared. It covers every city and subcontracted resource in the program.
National programs run against a single SOW with per-site milestones and acceptance criteria. Scope changes are handled through documented change orders.
Response tiers of 4h/8h apply in hub cities, with auditable dispatch timestamps at every site. Tickets integrate with ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira across the footprint.
Multi-site rollouts carry asset tagging and transit documentation between cities. Photo evidence is captured at each handoff point.
Each site visit produces a WCR, and the program desk aggregates them into unified program reporting. Formats follow your template — PDF, JSON or portal upload.
Processes align with global MSP runbooks, including escalation to your remote L3 teams. Dispatch can run entirely inside your ticketing system.

No. TC Tech Infra is an independent contractor working on behalf of colocation customers. You authorize our technicians through the operator's access process, and we complement — not replace — the operator's own remote-hands services.
Hortolândia, Campinas, Sumaré, Vinhedo, Paulínia and Jundiaí are within next-day reach of our São Paulo hub, and same-day for scheduled visits booked in advance. Multi-day projects are staffed on site for the duration.
Visits are dispatched in full-day or half-day blocks, or scoped as a multi-day project. Scope, MOP and access are confirmed before the visit, and international clients are invoiced in USD or EUR.
You add our technicians to your authorized access list through the operator's customer portal. Technicians present the identification the facility requires on arrival and follow the facility's rules throughout the visit.
