TC Tech Infra delivers on-site deployment of GPU clusters for international operators, cloud providers and integrators building AI capacity in Brazil and Paraguay. One accountable prime contractor owns the program — site readiness, receiving, rack-scale integration, liquid-cooling coordination, high-density fiber and fabric cabling, and documented handover — with specialist crews assembled for each deployment. Engagements open under NDA and run against a single SOW with milestone acceptance.
Current-generation GPU platforms — NVIDIA HGX and DGX B300 and GB300 NVL72-class rack-scale systems — have changed what an installation involves. Racks now draw well above 100 kW, depend on direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and run 800 Gb/s fabrics over dense fiber plant where a dirty connector or a polarity error stalls an entire training job.
In Brazil and Paraguay the workforce for this is thin. Operators arriving with hardware on a delivery schedule often find no local partner able to take the whole job under one contract. That is the gap TC Tech Infra fills.
Each workstream is owned by the program, sequenced into deployment waves and reported daily into your PM or ticketing system.
Site readiness — power capacity and redundancy, facility-water interface, floor loading, delivery routes and site credentials, reported as gaps against the OEM's requirements before hardware ships. Receiving & staging — receipt against your manifest, serial and asset logging, discrepancy reporting. Rack-scale integration — positioning and leveling of heavy racks, server and switch installation, power-shelf and busway connection coordinated with licensed electricians.
Liquid cooling — secondary-loop connections to in-rack or in-row CDUs, pressure and leak checks, and commissioning steps executed with the CDU and facility vendors to their procedures.
Fiber plant — MPO/MTP trunks and breakouts, 400G/800G optics, polarity management, connector inspection and cleaning, insertion-loss and OTDR testing with exported results per link.
Fabric — installation and patching of InfiniBand and Ethernet fabrics (NVIDIA Quantum and Spectrum, Cisco Nexus), front-end and management networks, labeled to TIA-606.
Our engineers' hands-on base sits where GPU clusters are built: data-center networking on Cisco Nexus and NVIDIA Mellanox (NVIDIA Networking) switching and optics, and enterprise compute and storage from Dell, HPE and Lenovo. For each program we add specialists drawn from Brazil's experienced data-center workforce — liquid-cooling technicians, rigging crews, high-count fiber teams — onboarded under NDA and held to a single quality standard.
| TC Tech Infra owns | Specialist crews deliver |
|---|---|
| Program management, schedule and wave planning | Rigging and heavy-rack positioning |
| Single SOW, NDA chain and subcontractor vetting | Liquid-cooling connection and commissioning support |
| Site readiness, access and credential coordination | High-count fiber termination, splicing and testing |
| Quality assurance and acceptance against your criteria | Electrical connection by licensed professionals |
| Daily reporting and consolidated handover package | Installation labor scaled to each wave |
You deal with one contract, one program manager and one documentation standard — however many crews the deployment needs.
Active project coverage across Southeast and Northeast Brazil and Paraguay, with mobilization to other regions of LATAM on request. São Paulo is the operations hub; remote sites are staffed per wave with travel and lodging planned in the SOW.
For international clients, contracting runs through a Brazilian CNPJ under the service-export framework, invoiced in USD or EUR through SWIFT/BIC-capable banking.
Data center execution across Brazil is backed by Dell Technologies Corrective Maintenance certification spanning PowerEdge rack, tower and modular, PowerStore, PowerScale, Unity XT, Data Domain, Avamar, VPLEX and Connectrix — the platforms on the racks we build. Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900 and SC-900 support cloud-adjacent scope. Active operational delivery includes programs for Tier-1 global IT service providers and large international consultancies, all under NDA and SOW. TC Tech Infra operates a Brazilian CNPJ under the service-export framework with SWIFT/BIC-capable corporate banking.
A program-level NDA is signed before any site list, topology or design data is shared. It covers every city and subcontracted resource in the program.
National programs run against a single SOW with per-site milestones and acceptance criteria. Scope changes are handled through documented change orders.
Response tiers of 4h/8h apply in hub cities, with auditable dispatch timestamps at every site. Tickets integrate with ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira across the footprint.
Multi-site rollouts carry asset tagging and transit documentation between cities. Photo evidence is captured at each handoff point.
Each site visit produces a WCR, and the program desk aggregates them into unified program reporting. Formats follow your template — PDF, JSON or portal upload.
Processes align with global MSP runbooks, including escalation to your remote L3 teams. Dispatch can run entirely inside your ticketing system.
Current NVIDIA rack-scale and 8-GPU platforms such as HGX and DGX B300 and GB300 NVL72-class systems, prior-generation GPU servers, and the surrounding network and storage estate. Platform-specific procedures from the OEM are followed for installation, cooling connection and acceptance.
We execute secondary-loop connections, pressure and leak checks and commissioning steps in coordination with the CDU and facility vendors, following their procedures. Facility-side plant — chillers and primary loops — stays with the facility operator.
TC Tech Infra runs the program as prime contractor and assembles specialist crews for each wave — liquid-cooling technicians, rigging, high-count fiber teams and licensed electricians — vetted, onboarded under NDA and working to one quality and documentation standard.
Yes. A readiness assessment checks power capacity and redundancy, the facility-water interface, floor loading, delivery routes, freight access and credentials against the OEM's requirements, and reports gaps with remediation scope before the delivery date.
Yes. Paraguay is part of our active coverage alongside Southeast and Northeast Brazil, staffed per project with logistics planned in the SOW.
