TC Tech Infra executes hardware replacement programs across Brazil for global IT service providers — from emergency break-fix dispatch to planned technology refresh waves. All replacements include full chain of custody documentation, asset tracking, and customer sign-off.
Our hardware replacement teams handle the physical swap, installation, and documentation of failed or end-of-life equipment at enterprise sites. We manage the logistics, execute the replacement, and deliver the audit trail your program requires.
Hardware replacement programs require reliable logistics and strict SLA compliance. We maintain spare part staging capability and dispatch engineers within your agreed response windows.
TC Tech Infra maintains structured on-site dispatch capability across major Brazilian metropolitan regions, enabling consistent SLA-aligned execution regardless of program scale or complexity.
Hardware replacement across Brazil is backed by Dell Technologies Corrective Maintenance certification spanning PowerEdge rack, tower and modular servers, PowerStore, PowerScale and Unity XT storage, Data Domain and Avamar backup platforms, and VPLEX and Connectrix SAN fabric — the estate most enterprise refresh and break-fix programs actually run on. Every swap follows OEM service procedures so warranty and support entitlements stay intact, and firmware or configuration is restored to your baseline before hand-back. Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900 and SC-900 support cloud-adjacent scope. Active operational delivery includes field engineering and dispatch programs for Tier-1 global IT service providers and large international consultancies, both under NDA and SOW. TC Tech Infra operates a Brazilian CNPJ under the service-export framework with SWIFT/BIC-capable corporate banking.
TC Tech Infra holds OEM certification with Dell Technologies. Across the wider enterprise ecosystem our field engineers carry the technical capability to execute break-fix and planned replacement on a vendor-agnostic basis — rack integration, chassis and component swaps, drive, PSU and fan replacement, and line-card work. Where OEM-authorized service is required to preserve a warranty, we coordinate inside the vendor's service framework. Corporate and data-center platforms are our focus.
Dell Technologies platforms are covered under OEM Corrective Maintenance certification. Other manufacturers listed reflect field-service capability for physical replacement and integration; certification status varies by vendor and is confirmed per engagement.
All client programs initiated under Non-Disclosure Agreement before any operational detail is shared.
Full Statement of Work compliance with milestone tracking, deliverable documentation, and structured sign-off.
Guaranteed response times with auditable records. 4h/8h on-site SLA compliance across all active regions.
End-to-end asset tracking from receipt to installation, with photo evidence and documented transfer records.
WCR generation, photo-based field reports, and inventory logs delivered in client-specified formats.
Aligned with global MSP vendor standards. Escalation paths, remote coordination, and ticket-based dispatch.
Both models are supported. For OEM-warranty and contracted-support estates, your parts logistics or the vendor's advance-exchange feeds the swap and we execute the physical replacement and return the faulty unit. For programs without a parts pipeline, we can source and stage compatible enterprise hardware in Brazil. The model is fixed in the SOW before dispatch.
Hub cities run 4h/8h on-site response tiers with auditable arrival timestamps. Outlying sites are covered on next-day or scheduled windows agreed in the SOW, and critical-severity failures can be escalated ahead of the standard queue when contracted.
Yes — refresh waves are scheduled per region with asset tagging and chain-of-custody documentation throughout. Each site closes with a Work Completion Report and photo evidence, and per-site sign-off feeds an aggregated program report so rollout progress is visible wave by wave.
Every asset removed is tagged, logged and photographed at removal and hand-off. Faulty units are returned to your RMA address or held for OEM collection; decommissioned assets can be routed to certified disposal or data-sanitization partners, with documentation, when that is in scope.
Dell Technologies Corrective Maintenance certification covers PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, Unity XT, Data Domain, Avamar, VPLEX and Connectrix. Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900 and SC-900 cover cloud and security fundamentals. Work follows OEM service procedures to preserve support entitlements.
